Directions & What to Expect
New client – Intake form
All new clients will be emailed an Intake Form to complete before your first appointment.
Directions
Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. The building door code will be included in your confirmation email. There are 5 steps up at the entrance of the building. Follow the hallway, turn right at the fork in the road and enter Suite 104. If the suite door is locked, I will come out to get you. Otherwise, please make yourself comfortable outside Office C until I greet you.
Session
Before the session, we will have an open discussion to customize the experience to your needs. After the session, we can share reflections, ask any questions, and discuss recommendations on continuing care.
pricing
Sliding Scale
No gratuity or tipping required. The cost of my services represent their value which is my time and labor.

Cancellation/No-show Policy
A cancellation, no-show or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment will result in being charged 100% of the service.
A cancellation at least 48 hours before your appointment will be issued a full refund.
Emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis. Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Inform me by text or email as soon as possible.
Gift Certificates
If it’s a surprise gift, then please let me know and we can work out the details! I do ask that the recipient is informed ahead of showing up to the office and the client intake form is completed by them.
*Gift certificates expire within 6 months of purchase
