Hello! I’m Theo, and I use they/them pronouns. I’m a transmasc, queer, white, neurodivergent and non-monogamous individual.
My journey into massage therapy began a few years ago during a period of intense burnout, which led me to re-evaluate my life and led me to searching for other ways to live. I stumbled upon massage therapy and reading more about it had me feel more alive than I felt in a long time and ignited my passion for healing and bodywork.
I have always been fascinated by movement and exercise, stemming from my background as an athlete. This curiosity has blossomed into a deep interest in understanding the relationship with have with our bodies, how they function and methods to be explored to help alleviate suffering.
In this season of my life, I enjoy exploring exercise classes (yoga, pilates, spin), swimming in the lake, and playing recreational soccer and basketball with my local queer community.
In my treatment space, I strive to create a safe and nourishing environment for everyone who walks through the door. It’s important to me to cultivate client relationships built on trust, where open communication is encouraged, and compassion is central. My intention for each massage session is to meet you where you are, bringing awareness to our bodies and settling our nervous systems together. The choices I make during sessions are influenced by your verbal and non-verbal feedback, your goals, intuition, and energy.
I am actively seeking further training to expand my knowledge of Thai massage, as I believe in continuously growing and evolving in my practice. I’m excited to meet you and share any insights and knowledge I can offer on your journey to wellness.
